Common errors

Here are some of the most common errors you might encounter when using Axiomatic and their meaning

400 Bad Request

This error occurs when the Axiomatic server cannot understand the request from the user. This can be caused by a number of things, such as a typo in the URL, a missing parameter, or a request that is too large.

401 Unauthorized

This error occurs when the user does not have permission to access the requested page. This can happen if the user is not logged in, or if they do not have the correct permissions.

403 Forbidden

This error occurs when the user is not allowed to access the requested page, even if they are logged in. This can happen if the page is restricted to certain users or groups, or if the page is no longer available.

404 Not Found

Page not found

This error occurs when the requested page does not exist. This can happen if the page has been moved or deleted, or if the user has entered the wrong URL.

500 Internal Server Error

This error occurs when the Axiomatic server encounters an unexpected error. This can be caused by a number of things, such as a bug in the Axiomatic application, a problem with the database, or a hardware failure.

502 Bad Gateway

This error occurs when the Axiomatic server receives an invalid response from another server. This can happen if the other server is down, or if there is a problem with the network connection.

503 Service Unavailable

This error occurs when the Axiomatic server is overloaded or unavailable. This can happen if there is a lot of traffic on the Axiomatic site, or if the Axiomatic server is undergoing maintenance.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter one of these errors, you can try the following:

  • Refresh the page.
  • Check the URL to make sure that it is correct.
  • Log in to your account, if you are not already logged in.
  • Try accessing the page from a different device or browser.
  • If you are still having trouble, or the error you’re getting is not one of the listed above, please contact the Axiomatic support team.

In addition to the errors listed above, It is important to note that some Axiomatic app errors may be caused by your own computer or network connection. If you are experiencing errors on a regular basis, you should try restarting your computer or device and checking your network connection.
